The house
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac on the sunny side of the valley. It is the end house of a terrace of three, enjoying fine country and coastal views. Footpaths lead down to the village High Street (100m) as well as to the beach (400m). The rural countryside with its wonderful walks begins right behind the house.
The house sleeps a maximum of six. It is tastefully decorated with fitted carpets throughout and has gas central heating. “ere is a garden with a patio and garden furniture. The property has a private parking area.

Downstairs:
Large hall. Lounge with open fireplace, colour TV/video/ dvd player, and adjoining dining room. Fully fitted and equipped natural oak kitchen with washing machine and dryer, fridge, filter coffee maker and microwave oven. Pantry. Toilet.
Upstairs:
Three bedrooms with two single beds in each room. Landing. Bathroom with bath and thermostatically controlled shower. Toilet.
The village and the surrounding area
Combe Martin is a delightfully situated North Devon village which lies on the edge of Exmoor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is also a Coastal Preservation Area. Secluded bays, sandy coves and inlets, dramatic headlands, rugged cliffs, lush hills and valleys make the area ideal for country holidays. “e village of Combe Martin is self-contained with its 12th century church, the village shops and its traditional village pubs. “e surrounding area has much to offer: surfing and swimming in the rolling Atlantic surf, golfing, riding, tennis, walking – to mention just a few activities. North Devon’s ‘bustling’ capital is the medieval town of Barnstaple, which is just 20 minutes drive away. It is busiest on Fridays, when shoppers flock to the pannier market for cream, butter and other local produce. “ere is a superb sports centre here, and a fine range of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and inns.
